All decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective Banks/NBFCs.
2. Business Model Disclosure
The Company primarily operates through:
- Outdoor marketing and field activities
- Direct customer engagement
- Relationship-based business with existing clients and their referrals
The Company does not rely on mass unsolicited telemarketing as its primary business model. Any engagement is based on:
- Customer consent
- Existing relationships
- Customer referrals
- Customer-initiated inquiries
3. TRAI Compliance, Telecommunication Policy, and DND Clause
The Company strictly adheres to all applicable regulations issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), including the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) framework.
3.1 Registered Communication Channels
- All tele-calling and SMS communications initiated by the Company are conducted only through TRAI-approved 140-series registered telemarketer numbers
- The Company does not use personal mobile numbers for telemarketing or official communication
- All communication is routed through authorized telecom platforms
3.2 Unauthorized Communication Warning
Any communication received from:
- Personal mobile numbers, or
- Non-140 series numbers
claiming to represent the Company shall be treated as unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.
3.3 Customer-Initiated Communication (DND Non-Applicability)
Where a customer:
- Calls any official Company number, or
- Contacts any number provided during outdoor marketing or field activity, or
- Engages through existing relationships or referrals
such interaction shall be deemed customer-initiated communication, and DND/NDNC restrictions shall not apply to follow-up communication by the Company, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
4. Website Consent and DND Override Clause
By voluntarily submitting your contact details on the Company’s website, including your mobile number or any contact information, you provide your free, informed, and unconditional consent to be contacted by the Company.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Submission of your details constitutes a clear request for communication

13. Unauthorized Communication and Reporting
The Company strictly prohibits any unauthorized person or third party from using its name, brand, or identity.
If you receive:
- Any suspicious call, SMS, email, or message
- Any communication from unknown or unverified sources
claiming to represent the Company, you are advised to:
- Not share any personal or financial information
- Not act upon such communication
- Immediately report the matter to the Company
The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from dealings with unauthorized persons or misuse of its identity.
14. Data and Cybersecurity
The Company does not guarantee absolute security of electronic communications and shall not be liable for cyber incidents beyond its reasonable control.

16. DSA Code of Conduct Compliance

17. Intellectual Property

18. Suspension and Termination
